- Detailed information|屏東縣沿海鄉鎮所生產的蓮霧因品質佳,富有「黑珍珠」之美名。本研究利用靠內陸的產區(低鹽分地區),探討氯化鈉溶液對‘南洋種’蓮霧果實品質之影響。結果顯示,100 mM氯化鈉鹽水澆灌會提高土壤之電導度及土壤中的鈉含量,葉片中鈉及鉀含量也隨之上升,但果實中鉀、鈣、鎂、錳及鈉含量則沒隨氯化鈉處理濃度的提高而增加,果實之總可溶性固形物及可滴定酸含量亦無顯著影響。但在果皮方面,果皮之苯丙胺酸裂解酶活性也會受到100 mM氯化鈉鹽水澆灌的影響而上升,同時也提高了果皮花青素的含量。因此鹽分雖有改善蓮霧果實品質之效果,但鹽分或海水在栽培上之利用應考量土壤質地、降雨、氣候環境等因素,以使土壤得以永續利用。

In recent years, climate change has made crop production more difficult. In the future, the population will continue to grow and the population will be over-concentrated in cities. All these make it increasingly important to supply healthy, safe, pesticide-free and functional fruits and vegetables to urban people. Plant factories can simultaneously meet the advantages of food safety, efficient production and environmentally friendly production. After the COVID-19 epidemic, people’s requirements for their own health have increased, and functional vegetables will become increasingly important in the future. How to customize vegetables has become a new task for plant factories. For example, kidney patients often cannot eat vegetables with high potassium ions. They must be blanched before they can be eaten. The plant factory can cultivate lettuce and melon with 80% and 50% reduction in potassium ions respectively through special nutrient solution formula and artificial light, improving the quality of life of disease patients.
