Can machine learning improve how we plan and evaluate green infrastructure?
This talk presents integrated DEA-ML (Data Envelopment Analysis-Machine Learning) framework that not only evaluates but predicts the environmental efficiency of green infrastructure, helping overcome limitations in traditional DEA methods when new units are added.

本次短講以台北河川流域為例，結合資料包絡分析法(DEA)與機器學習(ML)預測綠色基礎設施的環境效率，強化都市對氣候變遷的韌性規劃能力。
