This talk will explore spatial interaction patterns among medical resource diversity, population, and real estate from a resilience and sustainability perspective. It assesses the impact of market- and planning-oriented medical allocation on housing prices, and compares Multi-stage Spatial Data Mining (MSDM) and Two-Step Floating Catchment Area (2SFCA) in evaluating vertical healthcare gap sand spatial coverage. Focusing on disaster-prone areas, the study highlights the importance of resilient healthcare infrastructures in advancing equitable access and sustainable urban development.
