This presentation explores the innovations of AI in urban governance and real estate. I will share my experience in utilizing algorithms to establish an
optimal flood evacuation path model, and introduce Australia’s MapAI. This engine leverages Natural Language Processing (NLP) to democratize complex
geospatial analysis, thereby revolutionizing real estate decision-making and urban services.

隨著極端氣候與都市化加劇，防災與空間決策成為城市發展的核心議題。人工智慧（AI）正在改變我們理解、分析與管理城市風險的方式。講者將分享如何運用演算法建立最適化的洪水疏散路徑模型，並介紹澳洲的 MapAI 平台，一個讓地理資訊分析「開口說話」的平台，透過 自然語言處理（NLP） 技術讓複雜的地理空間分析更易取得與應用。
